I have been working with Evo Technologies for over 12 years. My first project as I joined Davinci was to convert our old ailing agent console over to Contact. It was then that I established a great working relationship with both Patrick and Alex at Evo. Our use of Contact has changed over the years, but by look and feel, it is the same as it was day one. We have been running Evo Technology's software on our Option 11 switches at 5 different locations for over a year now and have been very pleased with the reliability and ease of use.
